Listy

Lists, done simply.

Listy is a native iPhone app for everyday lists: shopping, packing, chores, ideas. There is no Yakshaven account. Your lists are stored as markdown files on your device. If you use iCloud, sync is handled by Apple, not by us.

Parent lists can contain child lists; child lists hold plain text rows. It is built for people who want something quicker and lighter than a full project manager: no due dates, no heavy workflow.

How you use it

• Swipe left on a row to mark it done (it moves to the bottom with a strikethrough).
• Swipe right to delete (with a confirmation).
• Drag to reorder lists or items.
• Tap a title to rename. New items appear at the top.
• Pull down to add (optional; you can turn pull-to-add off in settings).

Organising more at once

Long-press to enter selection mode, then move or copy rows between lists, share them as plain text, or copy to the clipboard.

Look and feel

Light and dark mode, optional themes (colours and gradients), fonts, and text sizes. Many labels can be renamed so the app matches how you think about your lists.

Home Screen widget

Choose which list the widget shows. Tapping the widget can open Listy directly via listy://open (configured in the app).

Privacy

We do not add analytics or ads inside Listy. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Price

One-time purchase (no subscription). You can try the app with a single parent list for free; unlocking removes that limit and enables themes, fonts, and the widget. Intended price: $10.49 AUD (final price may vary slightly by region in the App Store).

Requirements

Compatible with recent iOS versions; the exact minimum will be listed here once the release is final.
