In plain language

Yakshaven builds small native and web apps. We do not collect personal information inside our products to track you, profile you, or monetise your behaviour. For many apps, what you create stays on your devices or in systems you choose (for example iCloud). Web apps may send traffic through normal hosting like any website; we still do not use that to build advertising profiles or sell your behaviour. We do not monetise your content through ads or analytics SDKs.

Who this policy is for

This policy describes how Yakshaven handles information in connection with its apps, web apps, and this website. The words “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Yakshaven.

Information we do not collect

For our products as shipped by Yakshaven, we do not:

• run first-party analytics SDKs to track how you tap or scroll.
• sell or rent your personal data.
• build advertising profiles from app usage.
• require an account with us to use the core functionality of our apps or web apps (unless a specific product says otherwise).

Your data stays yours

Content you create in our products (lists, plans, notes, preferences, and similar) belongs to you. For native apps it typically stays on your device or syncs through platform features you enable, such as Apple’s iCloud. Web apps may store or transmit data so the service can work; we do not use that to run ads against you or to sell behavioural analytics.

Website and hosting

This site and our web apps may receive basic technical information any web server or host sees by default, for example IP address and user agent in standard logs. We use this site to publish policies and app pages. We do not try to fingerprint visitors.

Apple and other platforms

When you get our native apps from the App Store, Apple processes purchases and may collect data under its own privacy policy. Crash logs or diagnostics may be available to developers through Apple’s tooling if you opt in at the platform level. That flow is controlled by Apple and your device settings. We do not add separate Yakshaven trackers inside our apps or web apps on top of that.

Children and families

Our apps are everyday productivity tools. They are not aimed at children as a primary audience. We still do not collect personal information inside our products for tracking or ads. If a child uses them on your device, use parental controls and Apple Family Sharing as you see fit.

Retention

Because we do not operate an analytics database of your activity across our products for ads or profiling, there is little for us to retain on our side for those purposes.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the revised policy.

This policy reflects how Yakshaven intends to operate. It is not legal advice. Regulations vary by region, so have it reviewed if you need certainty for compliance.
